Jon Huntsman to Detail Government Reform Package; Republican Presidential Hopeful says Reforms will "Restore Trust in Washington, DC"

Republican presidential hopeful and former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman will discuss a reform package to address what he calls the country’s “economic and trust deficit” at a National Press Club Newsmakers news conference. The event will begin at 12:00pm, Thursday, December 8, 2011, National Press Building, 529 14th St. NW, Washington, D.C. Huntsman is expected to prescribe a specific government reform package to restore trust in Washington, DC.

Jon Huntsman is the former governor of Utah. He was elected in 2004 and was re-elected to a second term in November 2008. He is a former ambassador to China and Singapore and a business executive, having served as chairman of Huntsman Corporation, a multi-national corporation based in Salt Lake City.
