Anthony Shop will teach you about key features within Facebook, Twitter and several third-party tools that will help you determine what’s working and what’s not for you or your business. You will be able to identify the right tools for you from the growing score of third-party applications used to monitor, post, and measure what’s happening on your social media accounts. The workshop includes case study reviews of companies that have used social media metrics to achieve their business goals.
