Jonathan Fanton is the President of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, a multi-billion-dollar foundation that funds programs around the world in the areas of community development, education, conservation, human rights, international peace and justice. Fanton spoke on the importance of an international justice system and his organization's support for the International Criminal Court, which he called on the U.S. to join.
