Comedian and Documentary film maker Harry Shearer will critique the media's coverage of major events, including Hurricane Katrina, at a luncheon March 14 at a National Press Club.
Best known for his iconic voice work on The Simpsons, Shearer is also a documentarian. His film The Big Uneasy focuses on the cause of the flooding after Hurricane Katrina.
Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. with the speech beginning at 1 p.m. and ending at 2 p.m. Cost of tickets is $18 for Press Club members, $29, for guests of members, and $36 for general admission.
