If you’re feeling behind the curve on using social media tools, now’s your chance to catch up! The National Press Club Journalism Institute is offering Facebook and Pinterest 101 June 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Bloomberg Classroom at the Club.
Join the Institute for a beginner’s session where you’ll learn how to discover trend stories, share your work with a wider audience and more about using these social media tools.
Please make sure to have Facebook and Pinterest accounts set up before the session. Pinterest requires a Facebook account and invitation to join, so please contact eallin@press.org if you have questions or need assistance prior to the session.
The class is free for members, $10 for non-members, but space is limited so you must reserve. To RSVP, please e-mail professionaldevelopment@press.org or call 202-662-7523.
