Online balloting opens in Club election

Voting is underway in the National Press Club election.

Online balloting opened on Monday and will conclude at 9 p.m. EST on Thursday, Dec. 8.

Club members can vote in person at the Club’s 14th floor alcove on Election Day, Friday, Dec. 9, starting at 8 a.m. EST and ending at 7 p.m. EST.

Online voting can be completed on a computer, mobile device or tablet. The instructions are outlined below.

The Membership Department will also have a computer available in the General Offices weekdays from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Absentee paper ballots can be requested in writing. They are mailed to a member’s home address. The final day to request a paper absentee ballot is Friday, Dec. 2. All absentee ballots must be received by 7 p.m. EST on Friday, Dec. 9.

Select the candidates of your choice and hit "Next"
Click on details to read about each candidate.
There is a write-in option for each position.

Members completing the Journalist ballot must vote for two candidates for the Board of Governors, Journalist Three-Year Term position. You must write-in your vote for the Treasurer position.
