THE FUTURE OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCES CONFERENCE & DINNER EVENT

June 22 & 23, hosted at the National Press Club, 529 14th Street NW, Washington, DC 20045, 13th floor, conducted by the Gold Institute for International Strategy.

The Gold Institute for International Strategy (GIIS) is pleased to announce our "Future of Strategic Alliances" Conference taking place on June 22-23, 2023 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. This topic has taken on heightened importance in light of the on-going conflict in Ukraine, the rising strategic threat from China, how an emboldened Islamic Republic of Iran continues to fuel the Middle East tinder-box, and the persistence of the international terrorist threat.

DINNER KEYNOTE SPEAKER - confirmed - Dr. Kevin Hassett served as the 29th Chairman of the President's Council of Economic Advisors during the previous administration and was the economic architect of the Abraham Accords.  He will be speaking about the future outlook for the Middle East in the wake of Abraham Accords.

Since its inception in 2019, the GIIS has prided itself as the leading organization in Washington, D.C. devoted to key, but poorly understood and underdeveloped aspects of U.S. foreign policy. This includes foremost the two vital topics of professionalizing the crafting and execution of U.S. national security strategy and alliance strategy. Because of this two-pronged focus, it is crucial for the GIIS to devote the upcoming conference to the theme of strategic alliances and partnerships between key counterparts the world over.

While the West has, so far, managed a fairly united front regarding these various concerns, many of our assumed allies have taken a more nuanced approach. The GIIS "Future of Strategic Alliances" Conference will take that discussion to the next level and provide its participants with invaluable take-away lessons designed for practical implementation.

SPECIAL FEATURES of this conference event / ROI for attendees & sponsors:

This event features a very high ratio of expert panelists/guest speakers to attendees AND we are keeping the number of registrations limited to a smaller number than most events, to ensure more opportunities for professional engagement, collaboration, and interviews with our panelists, institute fellows, and distinguished guests.  Our nearly two dozen panelists assembled from ten countries comprise a rare contingent of true expertise in relevant policy making, strategy development, problem solving for effective implementation on the world stage.

This is in keeping with the mission of the GIIS as a true "do tank," versus being a so-called "think tank."

This one of a kind event is also an excellent opportunity for both highly credible, relevant content in the realm of international strategy & affairs AND networking for those in relevant fields such as public policy, international affairs, foreign service, intelligence, defense, advocacy, academia, media, and students.
