3-Course Dinner at Fourth Estate on New Year's Eve, $65
A three-course dinner with a complementary glass of champagne will be served on New Year's Eve at the Fourth Estate Restaurant on Friday, Dec. 31. The price is $65 for members and $80 for non-members inclusive of tax and gratuity. There will be offering two seatings - at 6:30 p.m. and at 8:30 p.m.

Roasted duck a l’orange, bi-color scalloped potatoes, haricots verts
Seared South American corvina fillet, Rroasted shallot rice pilaf, grilled asparagus
Vegetarian goat cheese, pecan and apricot stuffed chile rellenos, tomatillo sauce, Spanish rice and tostones
