American Legion Post plans luncheon featuring speech on diplomacy on Sept. 18 at noon

The NPC American Legion Post 20 plans to host John Lenczowski, founder and president of the Institute of World Politics, as a luncheon speaker at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the Reliable Source's McClendon Room.

Lenczowski, a former director of European and Soviet Affairs at the National Security Council, plans to discuss the current state of U.S. diplomacy with particular attention to events in the Middle East.

Speaker portions of American Legion Post 20 meetings are open to all National Press Club members.
