American Women Writers National Museum plans romance novel workshop

The American Women Writers National Museum is planning a workshop on how to profit from writing and marketing America's largest-selling literary genre: romantic fiction.

The workshop is planned for Thursday, Sept. 19 at noon in the National Press Club's McClendon Room.

"The Business of Romance" panelists will include:


  • USA Today blogger Joyce Lamb

  • Janeen Solberg, manager of Nora Roberts' bookstore, Turn the Page in Boonsboro, Md.

  • Prolific author Rebecca York

  • Public-relations executive Cassandra Corcoran.

The panel is free and open to the public event, and is sponsored by the American Women Writers National Museum, a 501 c)(3) public charity founded by NPC member Janice Law.
