Books & Brunch to discuss "American Republics" at Sept. 18 virtual meeting

Books & Brunch will discuss American Republics by historian Alan Taylor at its next virtual meeting. The Zoom session begins at noon on Saturday, Sept. 18.

Taylor has twice won the Pulitzer Prize in History, most recently for The Internal Enemy, also a National Book Award finalist. He is Thomas Jefferson Foundation Professor of History at University of Virginia, and lives in Charlottesville.

For those who like to plan ahead, the group will discuss "The Paladin" by David Ignatius at our Books and Brunch Zoom Meeting scheduled for noon on Saturday, Oct. 16.

Books & Brunch is open to all members and their guests.
