Books & Brunch to discuss 'Leadership: In Turbulent Times' Jan. 16 via Zoom

Books & Brunch will meet via Zoom at noon on Saturday, Jan. 16, to discuss "Leadership: In Turbulent Times" by Doris Kearns Goodwin. 

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Goodwin explores how four presidents -- Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson -- when confronted with monumental events, developed as leaders.

For those who wish to get a head start on their reading, the group will discuss "Homeland Elegies," a novel by Ayad Akhtar, at its Feb. 20 meeting.
