Build strength, relieve stress at yoga class, 6:30 pm Oct. 16

Come to a strength building and stress relieving all-levels flow yoga class led by National Press Club member Bara Vaida at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the Cosgrove Lounge.

The event is open to Club members and is $10.

This class will include sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, seated poses, twists, heart-openers and basic inversions. Newer students can build a strong base, while more seasoned yogis can take their poses into deeper variations. Create a one-hour oasis for yourself on and off the mat!

Please bring a mat and comfortable clothing. If you do not have a mat, one will be provided.
