Celebrate Galantine's with gal friends or Valentine's with a special friend, Feb. 13 or 14

Celebrate Galantine’s Day, Wednesday, Feb. 13, with your favorite gal pals or Valentine’s Day, Thursday, Feb. 14, when The Fourth Estate will offer a special fixe price dinner menu to celebrate both occasions.

Reservations are flexible on Galentine’s Day but limited to two seating’s, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., on Valentine’s Day. The price for the menu is $65 per non-member and $56 per Club member. Tax, gratuity and beverage are additional.

A limited number of tables will be available for walk-in diners. The Fourth Estate validates parking in the evening after 5 p.m. at the 24 hour PMI garage, 1325 G St., near 13th St., next to Epiphany Episcopal Church.

Frisée salad with heart-beetsoranges, herb goat cheese and toasted spiced walnuts

Crab ravioli with shallot cream sauce and fried caper garnish

Warm oysters two ways (6):
Grilled with butter, shallots & andouille sausage; and
Rockefeller with spinach & Pernod

Orange and ginger glazed Cornish game hen with rice, quinoa and barley stuffing, pan sauce,
rosemary roasted potatoes and creamed spinach

Grilled Certified Angus beef filet au poivre withwine sauce, chive mashed potatoes and tarragon green beans

Crab stuffed seared salmon with dill cream sauce, saffron rice and grilled asparagus

Vegetarian three mushroom puff pastry casserole with Swiss chard and Gruyere, truffle oil and tri-color peppers
