National Press Club members and their guests are invited to enjoy a roast beef buffet before or after the Annual Book Fair and Author Night on Friday, Nov. 2.

The buffet opens at at 5:30 p.m. in the Reliable Source.

The price of the Roast Beef Buffet is $25 for Club members and $32 for non-members plus tax and gratuity.

Soup:
Beef, beet and red cabbage borscht

Salads:
Chopped salad with Demi-goddess dressing
Lettuce wedges, bacon, eggs, cheesy croutons and blue cheese dressing
Cowboy Caviar Salad with corn and black-eyed peas

Entrée: All beef served is Certified Angus Beef
Slow roasted roast beef, herb marinated and carved to order; red wine demi-glace, horseradish and Dijon mustard on the side
Jamaican beef steak skewers, jerk marinated and grilled; ginger dipping sauce
Coda all a Vaccinara, Roman beef oxtail stew
Non-beef eaters’ Vegetarian moussaka with soy crumble, eggplant and Béchamel
