Children's Holiday Party returns with Santa and fun galore for kids, tomorrow
The annual Children’s Holiday Party returns to the National Press Club after a two-year hiatus on Saturday, Dec. 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets to the event are $15.
Sit with Santa and express all your holiday wishes while our photographer snaps a photo that will be instantly printed for you to take home. Revel in a comedy magic show by Mike Chamberlin, a former resident artist at the National Theater, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Visit our facepainter for holiday designs like a snowman, reindeer or other festive characters.
Kid-friendly hors d'oeuvres and light refreshments will be served.
As part of the festivities the Club will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for Children’s National Hospital. When deciding what to donate, please consider "Dr. Bear’s Closet Wishlist and Guidelines" (PDF download). It includes lists of items Children’s National needs, categorized by age group.
