Club member hosts 'Women Who Are Always Write' event on Tuesday, Feb. 6 at noon

National Press Club member Janice Law cordially invites all Club members to "Women Who Are Always Write", a presentation at noon Tuesday, Feb. 6, in the Reliable Source's McClendon Room.

Margery Sinclair, a business protocol and social-etiquette expert, plans to profile four iconic American women writers who achieved international success in the rarefied niche of social and business protocol, etiquette writing: Emily Post (1872-1960), Amy Vanderbilt (1908-1974), Judith Martin, AKA Miss Manners (1938-present) and Pauline Phillips AKA Dear Abby (1918-2013).

The free literary event is the sixth year anniversary celebration of Law’s founding of the American Women Writers National Museum, a nonprofit which is sponsoring the Feb. 6 event.
