Club member publishes book on blockchain - "a good introduction for journalists"

National Press Club member John McCormick has just published his newest book in electronic format.

"Blockchain Made Simple - a Non-Technical Explanation: Harvard Business Review says blockchain could reshape the economy." by John McCormick. $2.99 (ebook version).

"The 40-page book skips most of the computer science and this is actually a good introduction for journalists," said McCormick, who has been a Club member for almost four decades.

He expects it in paperback next week.

The book explores the blockchain technology, which is being used by IBM, Microsoft and even the United Nations. Bitcoin is just a tiny part of what this technology will mean to business, government agencies, libraries and even writers.
