Club members may attend Women In Sports and Events speed mentoring event, Jan. 22

National Press Club members are invited to participate in a Women in Sports and Events (WISE) speed mentoring event Wednesday, Jan. 22, in the Zenger Room. As the Washington, D.C., chapter of WISE joins chapters across the country in observing National Mentoring Month with a January mentoring activity, local leaders in the sports and events fields will be on hand to offer professional advice to attendees.

Learn about the local chapter during the State of the Chapter address, then network with top executives from the D.C. sports industry during question-and-answer sessions in rounds of speed mentoring. There will be cocktails and hors d'oeuvres for attendees. Club members can get tickets for $15 using the promotional code NPC when registering online here, a discount off the $30 ticket price for the general public.

This event is open to women and men.
