Communications strategy for reaching millennials, 8 am Sept. 30

Millennials – people born between 1980 and the mid-2000s – represent one-third of the nation’s population. At the next National Press Club Communicators Breakfast at 8 a.m. Sept. 30, Ebonie Johnson Cooper of Racepoint Global will discuss communications strategy to reach this largest generation of Americans since the Baby Boomers.

The breakfast will be held in the Truman Lounge. Admission to the Communicators Breakfast is free for Club members and $10 for guests, who must be accompanied by a member, and includes continental breakfast starting at 8 a.m. The program begins at 8:30 a.m.

Ebonie has a decade of marketing, communications, and digital experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. At Racepoint, she counsels clients in the development of media relations and digital outreach programs.

An accomplished thought-leader on millennial and diversity engagement, Ebonie has spoken at the United Nations Foundation and Board Source and has appeared on HLN TV. Her work also has been featured in The Washington Post and HuffPost Impact.
