Condoleezza Rice at Oct. 15 Luncheon

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will speak at an NPC luncheon on Friday, Oct. 15.

Her appearance will coincide with publication of her book, "Extraordinary, Ordinary People: A Memoir of Family," about her childhood in racially segregated Birmingham, Ala.

The luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m. Reserve at (202) 662-7501 or [email protected] . Cost of the luncheon is $17 for Club members, $28 for their guests and $35 for the public.

Pre-signed books will be available for purchase at the event for $27. Proceeds go to the Club's non-profit arm, the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library. No outside books will be permitted.
