Dinner with Father Leo, 6:30 pm Sept. 23; $70
Dine on "Land, Sea, Air Paella" and "Chicken Adobo" with Father Leo Patalinghug, a gourmet chef, Catholic priest and author of a new cookbook, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23.
Father Leo, who beat Iron Chef Bobby Flay in a "throwdown," will showcase his recipdes in a five-course dinner with paired wines in the Fourth Estate Restaurant. The dinner, including an hors d'ouevres reception and five wines, costs $70 for members and $93 for non-members inclusive of tax and gratuity.
The cookbook, "Grace Before Meals," aims to add a gourmet touch to the family dinner. Books will available for purchase, and Father Leo will sign them.

Hors d’ouevres: Monte Crisco sandwiches, cola pork skewers, pumpkin and ricotta wonton-olis, meatballs in creamy vodka sauce
