Discount tickets available to Budapest orchestra performance at Kennedy Center

National Press Club members and their guests can obtain special discounted tickets en bloc to the Kennedy Center performance of the world-renowned Budapest Festival Orchestra for a performance at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26.

The orchestra, under the direction of founder Ivan Fischer, is on a world tour. Since its inception 28 years ago, it has been playing to sell-out crowds around the globe. Washington is one of only four U.S cities it's playing this year -- and one of two cities in which Grammy award-winning Hungarian pianist Andras Schiff will be guest pianist with the orchestra.

To reserve tickets, reply to Christie Wagner at [email protected] with your name, telephone number, email address and the same information for everyone in your party. In addition, provide the section you want to be seated in: orchestra prime center -- the first eight rows! -- at $65 a seat; first tier sides at $45 per seat or second tier center at $47.00 each seat. Also indicate "yes: dinner reservations" or "no: dinner reservations."
