Don't forget: Run for Austin Virtual 5K is Saturday

The National Press Club is hosting the second annual Run for Austin Virtual 5K on Saturday, Nov. 12, to raise awareness and public support for journalist Austin Tice, who has been unjustly detained in Syria since 2012.

The virtual run is the next campaign in ongoing efforts by the National Press Club and the press freedom community to continue pushing for action in Austin's case. The Press Club encourages the public to keep Austin top of mind by taking part in the virtual 5K and sharing with the hashtags #RunForAustin and #BringAustinHome on social media.
