Finish Oktoberfest feast with Black Forest cupcakes, pumpkin cheesecake, Oct. 18

The National Press Club will celebrate Oktoberfest with a very special celebration starting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, in the Reliable Source.

The price of the buffet is $25 for Club members and $32 for nonmembers plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are encouraged because this event usually sells out. Call 202-662-7443 or e-mail [email protected].

The Oktoberfest dinner, which is open to Club members and their guests, will feature a variety of German and domestic beers and authentic German foods served buffet-style and prepared by Club executive chef Susan Delbert. German music performed live by Roy Meyer, a traditional German accordion player, begins at 6:30 p.m.
