Fourth Estate Dinner After Party Only Tickets Now Available

With the Fourth Estate Award dinner nearly sold out, the NPC is offering a limited number of tickets for the event's After Party, which will feature a performance by Bob Schieffer's band, Honky Tonk Confidential.

The Oct. 15 dinner will honor Schieffer, of CBS News, with the Club's top award. It will be a "Texas festive" evening of fun, featuring roasters including Sen. Lindsey Graham and former Sen. Sam Nunn.

After Party Only guests will gather in the Holeman Lounge while the dinner is taking place. After Party guests will be able to enjoy an open bar in the Holeman Lounge and a live video feed showing the program from the ballroom. When the formal program has concluded, After Party guests will be invited to enter the ballroom and join the fun.

After Party tickets are $50 each and are available on a first-come, first-served basis as long as supply lasts. Tickets must be purchased via EventBrite and may be picked up at the NPC front desk after 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 15.

PLEASE NOTE: If you already have a ticket to the Fourth Estate Award dinner, you do NOT need an After Party ticket. The general dinner ticket is all-inclusive. After Party Only guests will have to make their own dinner arrangements and may not attend the receptions prior to the dinner. All-inclusive dinner reservations cannot be exchanged for After Party Only ticket

Speaking of the After Party, NPC President Alan Bjerga said: " This is something Bob is excited about, so we are glad we can do it."

As with the standard tickets for the Fourth Estate Award dinner, proceeds from After Party ticket sales will benefit the Eric Friedheim Library at the National Press Club.
