Fourth Estate Wine Dinner to Feature Father Leo, 6:30 pm Sept. 23

Meet the priest who beat Iron Chef Bobby Flay in a "throwdown" and enjoy a five-course dinner with paired wines at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, in the Fourth Estate Restaurant. The dinner, including wine and a pre-dinner reception, costs $70 for members and $93 non-members inclusive of tax and gratuity. Books will be on hand to purchase at the event.

Father Leo Patalinghug, a chef and author, will showcase recipes from his new cookbook "Grace Before Meals," which aims to add a gourmet touch to the family dinner.
