Get your carb-load on at Reliable Source, Fourth Estate, June 9, 10

Are you ready for the National Press Club’s Beat the Deadline 5K?

Jog on over to the Club on Thursday, June 9, and Friday, June 10, to load up on your carbs at the Reliable Source and Fourth Estate Restaurants, which will feature a special Carb-Load menu created by Executive Chef Susan Delbert.

These entrees will be available in both restaurants:

Alaskan Salmon with wild rice and zucchini mélange (Based on the Mayo Clinic Carb Load meal)

Vegetable Penne Pasta with spinach, onions and ricotta cheese (Runners World carb load meal suggestion)

Grilled Chicken on linguine with asparagus and roasted red peppers in marinara sauce

The regular menus will also be available in both restaurants.
