Haitian Ambassador, Panel Discuss Nation's Plight, 6 pm March 25

Ambassador Raymond Joseph of Haiti will be the keynote speaker at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 25, in the ballroom. He will head a panel of experts who will provide an update on how the Caribbean nation is coping with the Jan. 12 earthquake.
