NPC members and their guests are invited to a Halloween party on Friday, Oct. 31, at 6 p.m. in the Reliable Source.

Bring out your favorite scary or cool clothes to show friends and fellow Club members. After all, this is the time of the year for fun for everyone, including children dressing up in costumes and visiting homes in their neighborhood for refreshments.

So dig those costumes out of your closet! You could win a prize at the NPC Halloween party.
