Independent authors plan gathering to discuss publishing, marketing Today at 10 a.m.

A session to help independent authors with publishing, distribution, and marketing is slated to take place today, Thursday, Dec. 13, at 10 a.m. in the McClendon Room.

The program is open to National Press Club members who have written independently-published books publicly available for sale (on Amazon, for instance). Print, ebook, POD -- print-on-demand, or audio-book formats qualify. Authors who have published using both the indie and traditional routes are welcome.

This is not a forum to read your work aloud or to gain critique about your writing.

Admission is free but please reserve through Ed Barks at [email protected]. Also contact Barks if you can't make it but want to know of future gatherings.
