June 6 cookbook dinner to feature Michelin-starred chef, craft brews
Join chef Daniel Burns and gypsy brewer Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso on the culinary avant garde at dinner pairing craft beers paired with exquisite foods at the Fourth Estate Restaurant on Monday, June 6.
At the Michelin-starred Luksus in Brooklyn, Burns works with Jarnit-Bjergso, the brewer behind Evil Twin Brewing and the beer bar at Torst, to curate beer to match the highest levels of culinary achievement.
The pair launched their new cookbook, “Food & Beer,” earlier this month. They will guide dinners through five courses, explaining their philosophy and exploring the relationship between food and beer.
