Kick off Spring with a Cinco De Mayo celebration at NPC's Reliable Source, May 5

The National Press Club's chefs are planning a Cinco de Mayo celebration for the NPC's Reliable Source on Monday, May 5 at 6 p.m. with the following menu items:

Soup

• Tortilla Soup with Tortilla chips for $3 for a cup and $5 for a bowl

• Corn and Plantain Chips with Queso Blanco Fundido and Tomatillo Salsas for $8


• Assortment of Empanadas with Pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream for $8


• Corn Tortilla Nachos with ground beef, beans, jalapenos, pico de gallo, olives and cheese for $8

• Cheese or Chicken Enchiladas with Pasilla Pepper Sauce, Beans and Rice for $17


• Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos, Green chile sauce, Corn Salsa, Beans and Rice for $18


• Festive Tortilla Bowl with lettuce, Ground beef pico de gallo, cheese and Bar-B-Que Ranch dressing for $15

• Cinnamon Churros with Chocolate dipping sauce for $7
