Memorial Service for Former Member Spaccarelli

A memorial service for a former NPC member Marcelo Spaccarelli is at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, at the Sacred Heart Church, 16501 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Md.Spaccarelli was the Washington reporter for the Vatican newspaper during the 1970s and 1980s.
