National Press Club's American Legion Post honored

The Club's American Legion post was one of three in Washington named Post of the Year at the annual convention of the D.C. Department of the American Legion. In addition, Post 20 Commander Tom Young was named commander of the year, and Post 20 Sergeant-at-Arms Evelyn Moy, who also serves in that same capacity with the D.C. American Legion department, received special mention for her contributions to the Legion.

Post 20 has been affiliated with the National Press Club for more than a century. The post was founded at the urging of famed World War I General John J. Pershing.
