Newsmaker plans to examine president’s one trillion infrastructure proposal, March 7

City planners from Washington, New York City, and Philadelphia will name their priorities for using a trillion dollars proposed by President Donald Trump for spending on infrastructure improvements at a National Press Club Newsmaker press conference March 7, at 10 a.m. in the Club’s Bloomberg Room.

This news conference is open to credentialed media and Club members, free of charge. No advance registration is required.

Panelists include Eric Shaw, director of the D.C. Office of Planning; Anne Fadullon, Philadelphia director of planning and development; and Carl Weisbrod, immediate past chairman of the New York City Planning Commission and director of the New York City Department of City Planning, now at HR&A Advisors and a senior fellow at NYU Marion Institute of Urban Management.

The panelists will also assess and assign a grade to the nation's present infrastructure.
