NPC Journalism Institute's annual golf tournament postponed; new date to be announced

Because of the the sudden death of the National Press Club's Journalism Institute Executive Director Julie Schoo, the Institute board has decided to postpone its annual golf tournament fundraiser until later this year.

A new date will be announced in the coming months.

The tournament had been scheduled for May 29 at Woodmere Country Club in Mitchellville, Md.
