NPC Members Can Buy Tickets for March 9 Gridiron Reprise

National Press Club members can buy tickets for the Gridiron Club's 2 p.m. Sunday, March 9 reprise to be held in the ballroom of the Washington Renaissance Hotel. The reprise is traditionally staged for friends and family

The Gridiron's white-tie dinner has taken place for 126 years, andnfeatures songs and skits that singe -- not burn -- the president, congressional leaders and others. Members of the Washington press corps sing and dance in costume.

The Renaissance is at 999 Ninth Street NW. A reception, which includes an open bar, begins at 2 p.m. and the show at 3 p.m. The program will end by 5 p.m.
