NPC Members Encouraged to Apply for Cafe.com Openings

Startup media website cafe.com, whose executive editor is a former National Press Club member, is hiring and wants NPC members to apply.

The site is being built around its writers and has $5 million in backing to start. The founder is Vinit Bharara, who built and sold his last company, Quidsi, to Amazon for $545 million.

The site is looking for staff writers to work out of its offices in Manhattan, contract contributors worldwide who would be interested in having a steady outlet that pays well, and a few one-off contributors.

If you know any truly phenomenal writers who might be interested, please send them over. The best way to apply is to check out this ad -- murph.me/jjbcafe -- and send a resume and a few writing samples to [email protected].
