NPC's Reliable Source sets menu for April 19 Prime Rib, Champagne dinner

Celebrate spring with a Prime Rib Dinner and a glass of champagne on Thursday, April 19, at the National Press Club’s Reliable Source at 5:30 p.m.

The price of the Prime Rib Dinner is $30 plus tax and gratuity.

First course

Wedge salad with croutons, bacon and blue cheese; Green goddess dressing

Entrée


  • Boneless roasted certified Angus Beef Prime Rib, red-wine sauce, buttermilk mashed potatoes, Green Beans Almondine; or

  • Vegetarian Butternut Squash Lasagna with cranberries, hazelnuts and béchamel over sautéed Spring greens

Dessert

Chocolate bread pudding with brown sugar rum sauce and whipped cream
