P90X Trainer Takes on Troops 'Too Fat to Fight,' at July 16 Luncheon

Tony Horton, creator of P90X Extreme Home Fitness System, will call on the U.S. military to shape up its physical training doctrine in light of growing concerns over fitness and obesity issues in the armed forces at an NPC Luncheon Friday, July 16. Reservations close at 2 p.m. today, July 15.

The traditional luncheon format will take a twist after remarks and Q&A session when Horton leads a Boot Camp P90X workout with audience participation.

No sit-down meal will be served before the event; boxed lunches will be distributed at its conclusion. A reception for members with tickets is at 12:30 p.m. in the ballroom's press balcony.
