Register in advance for General Membership Meeting, Jan. 15 at noon
Join fellow National Press Club members at our quarterly General Membership Meeting on Friday, Jan. 15, at 12 pm. Pre-registration is required.
This membership meeting will be held online as we follow the city's guidelines to help control the spread of COVID-19, which require all non-essential business to be suspended.
Meeting business will include:
- How the Club is continuing to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Membership update
- Upcoming Presidential Inauguration of Lisa Matthews as 114thpresident of the National Press Club
- Help the Heroes initiative
- Results of the December election for Club leadership
- Passing of the gavel from outgoing President Mike Freedman to newly elected President Lisa Matthews.
Board Secretary Emily Wilkins requests that members review the minutes of the Oct. 16 General Membership Meeting and send your approval or edits to her at [email protected] by Jan. 15 at 9 a.m.
The meeting will be held via the link below. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments during the meeting, but we encourage you to register and ask questions in advance.
