Screen Actors Guild president Carteris, former '90210' star, to address labor issues, unionization, Wednesday

Gabrielle Carteris, president of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and president of the International Federation of Actors (FIA), will deliver a speech entitled, “A Movement in the Making: Worker Power Post Pandemic” at a National Press Club Virtual Headliners event on Wednesday, May 12, at 11 a.m.

Carteris has led SAG-AFTRA since April 2016. She became a household name playing Andrea Zuckerman, the high school newspaper editor, on Beverly Hills, 90210, and recently starred in BH90210, a revival of the iconic show. Her extensive background includes work in television, film and the stage, including guest-starring roles on NCIS and Criminal Minds and voice work for video games.
