St. Patrick's dinner menu announced

The St. Patrick’s buffet from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday , March 17, in the Reliable Source Restaurant will feature traditional Irish favorites dishes and Irish music on CDs. Draft Guinness available!

The price of the buffet is $35 for members and $40 for guests

This year we celebrate St. Patrick’s along with TGIF. Please note that Taco Night will not be available on Friday, March 17.

• Irish red potato salad with olives, celery, onions, sour cream with scallion & bacon garnish
• Shamrock Salad- Green salad with asparagus, spinach, celery, and peas; mustard vinaigrette
• Honeydew melon and mint salad with hazelnuts

 Entrées

• Sliced corned beef and cabbage with roasted carrots and pearl onions.
• Cornish game hen with garlic & rosemary
• Dijon marinated Atlantic salmon fillets with Irish oat crust.
• Guinness lamb stew

Vegetarian Option

• Vegetarian shepherd’s pie with vegetarian crumble, corn, peas & mashed potatoes
• Colcannon Irish mashed potatoes with kale and scallions

Dessert

• Irish bread pudding with whiskey
