At tonight's Book Fair, also enjoy buffet dinner at the Reliable Source

 

For a perfect tie-in with the National Press Club Institute's annual Book Fair and Authors' Night tonight, plan to have dinner at the Reliable Source restaurant before or after you attend the fair.

The eatery is offering a special roast beef buffet for the occasion, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Price is $30 for Club members and $35 for non-members plus tax and gratuity.

The buffet will replace the Reliable Source's usual Friday Taco Night.

Soup

Beef and beet borscht

Salads:

• Roasted fall squash, spinach, Feta cheese and spiced cinnamon pecans

• Waldorf salad with apples, walnuts, grapes and celery

Entrée: All beef is Certified Angus Beef

• Slow roasted roast beef, herb marinated and carved to order; red wine demi-glace,
• Horseradish and Dijon mustard on the side
• Texas chicken fried steak with white gravy
• Sir Winston’s Coca-Cola short ribs
• Non-beef eaters’ Vegetarian cheese enchiladas
