Wednesday is the Night for Lobsters Night at the Fourth Estate

If it's the last Wednesday of the month, it's Lobster Night!

The scrumptious crustaceans return to the Fourth Estate on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

National Press Club members pay $25 -- and non-members $30 -- for a fresh 1 ¼ pound Maine lobster with coleslaw and a choice of french fries or oven-crisped potatoes.

Members are advised to make reservations 24 hours in advance at 202-662-7638 to a assure the availability of a lobster. A very limited number will be available for those without a reservation.

Non-lobster lovers can order off the regular Fourth Estate menu, featuring a New York strip steak au poivre, spiced shrimp with garlic butter, vegetarian tomato galette and stuffed chicken breast with leeks and feta, among other entrees.

Desserts range from a roasted peach topped pavlova to creamy chocolate and raspberry mousse, all made in house.
