White House photographer Christy Bowe discusses new book, career in Update-1 podcast

National Press Club member Christy  Bowe has been a news photographer for 30 years, recording history through the lens of her camera. In the current edition of Update-1, Bowe talks to Broadcast/Podcast team member Gemma Puglisi about her new book, “Eyes That Speak: One Woman New Photographer's Journey With History Makers.”

They discuss Bowe's eyewitness account to some of the most significant moments over the past three decades in the nation’s capital. She talks about her experiences covering presidents George W. Bush, Clinton and Obama, along with countless dignitaries and celebrities.
