World Series photographer Chris Bernacchi to speak to NPC Photo Committee, Wednesday, Jan. 18

Sports photographer Chris Bernacchi will be the featured speaker at the next meeting of the NPC's Photography Committee, on Wednesday, Jan. 18, in the McClendon Room. He covered the Chicago Cubs in the historic 2016 World Series. He'll discuss his experiences and show a selection of his photos.

The committee will convene in the McClendon Room at 12 noon. Lunch will be available at the Reliable Source Buffet. The program will start at about 12:30 p.m. and wrap up by 1:30 p.m. All club members and their guests are welcome. There is no cost, and no RSVP is necessary.

In addition to sports, Bernacchi's work includes architectural photography, portraits, scenics, and much more. His photos have appeared in Time, Sports Illustrated, The New New York Times, and many other publications. His portfolio can be found by clicking here.

The Cubs, as you probably know, won their first World Championship in 108 years, beating the Cleveland Indians in a historic best-of-seven series. Bernacchi's photos capture the drama and excitement of these games.
