The Reliable Source, the Club's hub for fellowship and good food and drink, is back in business! We are now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. The restaurant is open on weekdays for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Friday evenings we celebrate with Taco Night from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. In addition, the Press Club offers complimentary breakfast service for members from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday, with a la carte options available for purchase.

The menu features a variety of delicious dishes, including roasted cauliflower, steak frites, grilled swordfish, pan-seared halibut, New England lobster roll, jumbo lump crab cake, burgers, and more. The kitchen prepares everything fresh at a reasonable price, allowing guests to sample all of the Club's tasty dishes.

Getting Here

Getting to The Reliable Source is easy! Situated in downtown Washington D.C., the club is conveniently located near both Metro Center and McPherson Square, just a short walk away. If you prefer biking, you can utilize the Capitol Bike share. For drivers, there's free parking at One Parking, 1325 G Street NW, after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with a $25 purchase of food and beverage. The Reliable Source is located on the 14th Floor of The National Press Building inside The National Press Club.
